Curated Estate Direction is intentionally tailored to each residence and engagement. Scope is defined based on the size and complexity of the property, travel patterns, level of involvement required, and the nature of ongoing support.
For this reason, pricing is provided upon request following a private consultation. Each engagement is carefully outlined to ensure clarity, discretion, and the appropriate level of direction.
Engagements are limited to a small number of properties to preserve consistency, privacy, and thoughtful oversight.
Our fees are based on the level of direction required and the complexity of the property. Once we understand that, we’ll outline a clear monthly retainer.
Vendor services and third-party costs are not included and are billed separately.

For clients who require immediate or short-term support, Privé offers Private Assistance on a discretionary basis. This service is designed for time-sensitive needs while traveling or away from the property and provides trusted representation with the highest level of discretion.
Private Assistance may include urgent property matters, coordination of deliveries or services, last minute transportation and travel-related arrangements, personal or household requests, or other needs requiring prompt and confidential attention. Requests vary in scope and complexity and are handled accordingly.
