PRIVÉ grew naturally from our interior design work. After completing a home, many of our clients spend their first beautiful weeks settling in, hosting friends, and enjoying the rhythms of life in their newly designed space.
As life pulls them back to other cities and commitments, they often ask the same question: who can they trust to care for their home in their absence?
Because we know these estates intimately, from their materials and systems to the trusted service teams and the owners’ personal preferences, Private Estate Management became a natural continuation of our work together, ensuring the home remains cared for and ready whenever they return.
PRIVÉ began in Napa Valley and will expand as our team grows to serve estates in Franklin, Tennessee.

Private Estate Management is offered through a monthly service plan tailored to the size and operational needs of each estate.
PRIVÉ is available for a limited number of estates each year.

Our Process

Private Inquiry.
We begin with a confidential conversation about the home, travel patterns, and expectations. Typically a phone, whats app or zoom call based on your global location.

Estate Onboarding.
Once the scope and retainer are confirmed, we begin the onboarding process for your estate.
This includes a detailed walkthrough of the property, introductions to trusted service providers, and documentation of the home’s systems and operational needs.
We then coordinate service teams and establish the oversight systems required to ensure the estate is cared for seamlessly moving forward.
Define Core Services & Estimate.
We take time to understand the estate, your priorities, and the level of oversight required.
From there, we establish a core list of services needed to care for the property properly and develop a monthly estimate aligned with the size and complexity of the estate.
